Cancellation Policy

At Let’s Explore Egypt, we understand that travel plans can change. To provide the best service to all our guests, the following cancellation policy applies:

Free Cancellation

Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify tour dates or traveler information are subject to availability and should be made as early as possible.

Weather and Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather conditions, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, Let’s Explore Egypt reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
